This is how you do it:
* Head over to the GoPro site to download your free Cineform Studio software, which is compatible with a Mac or PC
* Open up the Cineform software application
* Then import the video you captured directly from the GoPro camera's hard drive or data card
* Select the video clips you choose to use
* Trim it through using the in and out (i and o) keys
* Rename them, then save it
* From here, you will press down on the "Advanced Settings" button. It is best to select the High Quality option
* Then slow your footage down say from 50fps to 25fps and click ok
* Now you will click on the Add Clip to Conversion List, then repeat for any other clips you want to add
* Finally, you would convert all of the clips selected from MP4 files to .MOV so you can easily do any editing required.
